[NEWS] NSTA Recommends Readorium

NSTA Recommends | Readorium

The National Science Teacher’s association (NSTA) recently gave us two glowing reviews on the “NSTA Recommends” section of their website, one for the Rising Reader level of our software (for Grades 3-5), and one for the Scholar level (Grades 6-8).

Brandy Whitney, the reviewer, called Readorium “a colorful and interesting way to engage reluctant readers”. In particular, she lauded our commitment to fostering diversity in the STEM world:

The virtual teachers in the program are diverse in not only gender but in race. This is a rare thing to find in not only software but in printed resources too. The content also has a strong emphasis on inspiring and encouraging women in science.

According to the NSTA:

NSTA Recommends is your best source for thoughtful, objective recommendations of science-teaching materials. Our panel of reviewers—top-flight teachers and other outstanding science educators—has determined that the products recommended here are among the best available supplements for science teaching. Why no negative reviews? They can be fun to read, even to write, but teachers are pressed for time—so only products that are reviewed favorably make their way into NSTA Recommends.

We’re honored to receive such praise from such a well-respected organization, and we hope to continuing working towards maintaining their high standards.
